You are expected to pay the full session fee at the time of your meeting. If there are additional charges or changes in the amount you have been charged, a bill will be sent to your address informing you of your financial obligation. Dr. Wellborn is not a provider on insurance panels and does not submit paperwork to insurance companies even when your insurance covers out-of-network providers. Cancellation Policy
Patients are seen by appointment only. Any cancellations must be made at least one business day in advance of the scheduled time. A cancellation fee equal to the regular session fee for that service will be charged to clients who do not provide this notice.

If you have a question about your bill, please contact Dr. Wellborn in writing. Please do not leave your questions about billing on the office voice mail. Dr. Wellborn will only respond to questions about billing that are presented in writing. This provides the clearest statement of your question or concerns. It also provides Dr. Wellborn with documentation.
